Theodora held several positions at this international bank reaching the rank of the first female Executive Resident Officer – resigned her position as Top-Ranking Executive, Member of the Steering Committee for the development of the Strategic and Operational Plans for the entire Bank, and Account Relationship Manager. Theodora resigned her position to migrate and join the family in Australia. Earlier and at the Bank Theodora held several positions, such as Training Officer to train bank employees including executives and selected bank clients on different aspects of Banking. This training position, Theodora also held during the upgrading of the Information System at the Bank, which allowed her to be attached to one of the International Branches of the Bank to obtain experience, this was done following on site training at the Headquarters of the International Bank on the new system.

Accompanied the Head of the Mission on visits to the refugee camps and translated the progress reports for sponsored children.
