2013 - Awarded Monetary funds under the Curtin Business School Journal Publication Support - 2013 round
2013 - Awarded the prize for Highest Return on Performance Index (RPI) points for Early Career Researcher in Curtin Business School
2012 - A 'Finalist' in the 2012 Distinguished Alumni Awards at Law, Business and Information Technology category at Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia.
2011 - 'The 2010 CBS New Researcher of the Year Award' which had a monetary fund attached to it.
2011 - 'Best Paper Award' at the 12th International Conference of the Society for Global Business and Economic Development, (SGBED), under the title 'Sustainable Development and Business Strategies: An International Higher Education Experience'. The conference was held in Singapore between 21st and 23rd July 2011 under the theme 'Building Capabilities for Sustainable Global Business: Balancing Corporate Success and Social Good.
2011 - The 2010 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award in the Management and Governance category, for her PhD thesis 'Ethical mindsets, aesthetics and spirituality: a mixed-methods approach analysis of the Australian services sector' - Funds attached to it. 2010 - Theodora was nominated for the Curtin Student Guild's Award for Excellence in Teaching 2010 for Post Graduate Research Supervisor category.

2010 – ‘The Best Paper Award’ at the International Conference on Cloud Computing and Virtualization organized by Global Science and Technology Forum (GSTF) CCV 2010 held in Singapore 17th – 18th May 2010 (as a co-author)

2009 -‘The Best Paper Award’ at the 11th International Conference of Society For Global Business and Economic Development (as a main author)’ - The paper ‘Ethical Mindsets, spirituality and aesthetics in an Australian business context. The conference was held in Bratislava – Slovakia 27-30 May 2009
