After guests exit [ANIMATRONIC SHOW NAME HERE], they walk past a small tea house located attached near the exit. This small but intricate building consumes the back part of the land located along a small water feature to add to the calming and peacefulness of the surrounding area.
Guests enter the tea house to see the room feeling larger and more open than it might’ve appeared on the outside with lots of room and tables for everyone to sit without being crowded. In the middle of the room is the “kitchen” where guests can watch large stoves boiling water preparing for the next tea batches.
Small pastries, light meals such as salads or tiny sandwiches, and cold drinks such as iced tea, pop, and water are all available instead for people who wants the tea house experience but want something other than tea.
The Kunlun Mountains are located deep within the Tibetan Plateau. To help weary travellers along the way for energy, the Tibetan Kitchen is a quick service dining option located beside the entrance to the attraction. The quick service provides tons of seating options including the availability to sit far in the back of the area to get a different view/ angle of guests riding the Kunlun Mountains attraction.
The menu consists of offerings using traditional Tibetan ingredients such as noodles, goat, yak, mutton, yak milk cheese, butter, etc. This allows for food offerings such as Sha phaley (meat and cabbage in bread that’s then fried), Balep (a type of bread typically eaten at Breakfast or Lunch), and Thukpa (a soup consisting of vegetables, meat, noodles, etc.). Teas, snack foods, and traditional desserts are also all available as well.
In the middle of the land, guests can find the Silk Road Stand. Here, a representation of what sort of items that could be found on the real Silk Road are on display. Guests can purchase snacks for around the park such as fresh fruit, nuts, breads, etc. can all be found throughout the small stand to keep guests going through the day.
As guests are winding up their day at the park, they can head back to the Silk Road Stand to get more things you’d find on the silk road that are more suitable for home than the parks. Guests can pick up breads, spices, vegetables, and other ingredients that give a Disney and Silk Road flair to their home cooking.
