The AGM will be held on Monday 1 June 2026 at 7:30PM at the station, followed by a BBQ and brigade photograph. Please wear your PPC (yellow shirt and blue pants).
During the AGM, members will be nominated and voted into officer, executive, and support roles for the coming year. All members are encouraged to consider nominating for support positions—no experience required, and new members are welcome.
The AGM agenda will be available closer to the time.
Ordinary and reserve members can vote at the AGM.
Probationary and social brigade members can not vote at the AGM.
Members must be at the meeting in person to vote. Online attendees or absent members are not eligible to vote, however, you can nominate another member to vote on your behalf via a proxy vote.
Only members physically in attendance at the meeting are eligible to vote. Online attendees or absent members are not eligible to vote.
A proxy vote allows another member physically in attendance at the meeting to vote on your behalf. You can select an ordinary member who will be in attendance at the meeting to submit a vote for all positions on your behalf, so ensure that you select a proxy voter that you are comfortable with representing you.
To nominate another member as your proxy, complete a Proxy Vote form prior to the meeting and ensure that the member acting as your proxy submits the form at the meeting.
Members can not have more than two proxy votes at the AGM.
The AGM is used to vote for the officer positions, executive positions and administrative/support positions.
Specific items for decision may also be raised at the AGM, these will be included in the agenda that will be distributed prior to the meeting.

Executive positions (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) are available for any ordinary member to nominate for.
Administrative and support positions are available for any ordinary member to nominate for, and members are strongly encouraged to consider taking on one of these roles in the brigade. If you would like to discuss any of these roles in more detail, please contact the Captain or SDC or the person who is in the role currently.
