Together worshiped as the Sanguine Six, the five of the deities of good survived the Upheaval to serve the faithful. Only Teriana is a relatively newly minted god of good.
The neutral deities of Thimtona are largely personifications of natural forces. As their worshipers matured, elements of culture and society came to adorn their portfolios.
Since the first quakes of the Upheaval, Thimtona and its peoples found themselves exposed to the multiverse. As planar beings found their way into the Fractured Sphere, so did the worship of their divine hosts. These beings are referred to as the Interlopers by the classic faiths, seeking to wrest souls for their own purposes.
The Upheaval and the inconsistent delivery of divine providence during the following time of darkness left parts of the world wanting for something with more immediacy. Confidence men, spellcasters, and fiends (a catch-all terms for demons, devils, and yugoloths) established cults far and wide.
