By using any promotional offer or voucher issued by The Dog Den, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Single Use Only
   Vouchers and promotional offers are valid for one-time use per customer or household, unless otherwise stated.
   
   

2. Non-Transferable
   Offers are non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom they were issued.
   
   

3. No Cash Alternative
   Offers and vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash or credit.
   
   

4. Not to Be Duplicated
   Vouchers must be original copies — photocopies, scans or digital reproductions will not be accepted.
   
   

5. Not in Conjunction with Other Offers
   Vouchers cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers or promotions, unless explicitly stated.
   
   

6. Expiry Date
   Each offer or voucher will have a clearly stated expiry date. It must be used on or before the expiry date, after which it will no longer be valid.
   
   

7. Subject to Availability
   Offers are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
   
   

8. Appointment Requirements
   Vouchers must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented in person at the appointment to be valid.
   
   

9. Eligibility
   Some offers may be restricted to new clients, certain breeds, or specific services. Please refer to individual offer details.
   
   

10. Minimum Spend or Service Requirements
    Some promotions may require a minimum spend or service type (e.g. full groom only). This will be stated on the offer.
    
    

11. Right to Refuse
    The Dog Den reserves the right to refuse redemption of any voucher or offer that does not meet these terms, or where misuse is suspected.
    
    

12. No-shows or cancellations
    No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will void the voucher
