Appointment Booking Information
When booking an appointment, you'll see two available time slots each day:
Morning Slot – starting at 8:00 AM
Afternoon Slot – starting at 2:00 PM
These are windowed time slots, meaning that once we receive your booking request and completed registration form, we will assess how much time is likely needed for your appointment. Based on that, we will confirm a more specific time within your selected slot.
For example:
If you select the morning slot, once we’ve received your booking form and determined how long your appointment is likely to take, we’ll offer you a choice of available times within that slot — for example, 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM. You’ll then be able to choose your preferred time.
We will contact you with a confirmed time once we review your details.
