 This is very dependent upon the dog and your requirements. Typically, you should expect your dog to be with us for a minimum of 1hr up to 3hrs.

Yes, we recommend booking in advance as our slots fill up quickly. Same-day appointments may be available depending on cancellations.

We accept cash and bank transfer payments.

Please ensure your dog has had a potty break before arrival. If your dog is nervous, bringing their favorite toy or blanket may help them feel more comfortable.

For safety and to help your dog relax, we do not allow owners to stay during the grooming process. However, you are welcome to wait nearby.

If we discover fleas, we will give your dog a flea bath at an additional charge. However, if there is a severe flea infestation, we may reschedule the appointment after flea treatment.

Yes! We offer puppy introduction sessions to help young dogs get comfortable with the grooming process.

We handle dogs with care and patience. If your dog has a history of aggression, please let us know in advance. In some cases, we may require a consultation before booking.

This depends on the breed and coat type. Typically:

• Short-haired breeds: Every 8-12 weeks

• Medium to long-haired breeds: Every 6-8 weeks

• High-maintenance breeds (Poodles, Doodles): Every 4-6 weeks

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction! If you have any concerns, please let us know before leaving so we can make adjustments.

Not a problem at all! - We do require at least  24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. A fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
