What to bring along

Note! The Sea Ranch community requires everyone to wear masks and maintain 6' physical distance when walking along trails, using recreation facilities or visiting shops and markets. We do not stock disposable masks for guests due to shortage of PPE and recommend that you carry your own.

Additionally, you may bring the following as per your discretion and judgement.

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Bed and bath linen

  • Non-bleach disinfecting spray or wipes

For your enjoyment we recommend the following:

  • Bathing suits for the hot-tub and in case you made the reservation at the swimming pool.

  • Full body swimsuits in case you fancy a dip in the ocean or Gualala river. Both can be cold even during summer.

  • House slippers, in case you prefer your own over the cloth ones we provide.

  • Bicycles, kayaks, fishing poles. Check out nature & recreation to learn how to rent them locally if needed.

  • Hiking shoes, a camelback or water bottle for walking along the trails or hanging out at the tide pools.

  • Sunscreen, shades. We've been having very good weather lately and you might also get lucky.

  • Nespresso or Keurig coffee maker (we have a drip, a percolator, pour-over cones but nothing fancy), toaster oven (we have a toaster).

  • The kitchen is well equipped but at times we have received requests for a blender, rice cooker, food processor, vacuum sealer, sous vide machine, air fryer etc., that we request you bring along if you need them. Ask is if you have any questions.

Finally, some guests bring their own supplies along based on personal preference:

  • Bed and bath linen, especially their favorite pillow.

  • Kitchen and bath soap/shampoo (for those with sensitive skin).

  • Each bed is equipped with a memory foam mattress, 4 cushions, 1 comforter, 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 2 shams and 2 pillow covers

  • 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 face towel/wash cloth is provided for each guest

  • Toiletries include shower gel, shampoo and hand soap

  • Each vanity is equipped with a hair dryer
