Good News:
The no-death streak is now on 4 days. As a result, the total remains at 273.

A CDC study has found that 20% of Americans are fully vaccinated and 33% have at least one shot of the vaccine if two shots are needed.
Not So Good News:
53 new cases were found, resulting in a total of 26,169.
Five new hospitalizations were found making the new total 971.
Travel/Vaccationing is starting to rebound and are high, according to the Department of Transportation. Health experts are worrying this could lead to another surge if travelers aren't vaccinated.
The South African Covid-19 variant has been shown in a study that it was able to penetrate through the Pfizer vaccine in some regard.
School is officially back in business! A friendly reminder, PSAT's are on April 19th, and so if you did complete the sign up, make sure to be prepared. The tests will be in school so make sure to bring a mask! Also, the email regarding our SOLs just released as well and so make sure to check your inbox's. In other news, 20% of all Virginians are vaccinated, and currently Covid19 partners including Giant pharmacy and CVS are expanding in the Fairfax health district. This means more vaccines for everyone! Something else that is coming with spring is the Fairfax Farmer's Markets! I personally love them and as long as everyone coming stay's safe and wearing the mask, things can somewhat feel normal again. Regarding stats, Fairfax County had a 538 case increase from last week making the new total:73,713. Just like last week, the weekly case amount seems to be going down. Deaths unfortunately went up by 4 causing the total count to be 1,076. Finally, with hospitalizations, we are up now at 3,838 . This is 18 more than last week.
