Meeting Schedule

The times for regularly scheduled meetings will be decided at the beginning of each semester based on the collective members’ schedules.

The meetings will also consist of one or more guest speakers, presentations, open discussion among members, or voluntary presentations by members of the organization. The content of the meetings will largely be guided by the groups’ needs. The group will also aim to have guest speakers, presentations, and other larger scale events, at least, two times a semester.
