The principles we use in this program are CrossFit based but are presented in an easy to understand way and are backed up with the right coaching and support to get you and keep you on track. This is what you can expect in this program:
1) Nutritional guide and how to eat clean in a modern household
2) Exercise guide, how to train to maximise results and how to stay motivated
3) Before and After body fat and body measurements
4) One on one coaching throughout the program
5) Weekly email with guides on what to eat and additional exercises on top of the normal CrossFit program
6) An accountability system to ensure you stay on top of what you eat and how you train
The price per 4 weeks (month) is R400 on top of normal membership fees.
