GOOGLE SITES

Copy of Copy of How to use Google Sites as Digital Portfolios

1) Research what other schools have done and what components you need to include.

2) Create your own google site 101, or you can make a copy of an existing template if you have one that you can adapt (NB safeguarding and sharing permissions in line with school policy)

3) Co-design with colleagues and students to create a template that works for your school.

MICROSOFT SHAREPOINT

1) Research what other schools have done and what components you need to include.

2) Go to Apps and locate Sharepoint (you made need an additional licence for this). NB safeguarding and sharing permissions in line with school policy. You will not be able to share the template outside your school and will not be able to use an exiting template shared by another school.

3) Co-design with colleagues and students to create a template that works for your school.
