Volunteering

At The Gap Scouts we work together as a community within The Gap to bring our programs together with Leaders, Committee members, young adults (Rovers), youth members and parents all actively sharing the role of developing our youth members to be the best they can be within our society.

When you child signs up to be a part of our Scout Group you are also committing to being an active part of our Scouting community.

Scouting is one of the very few activities that parents can fully participate in alongside and with their children.

The Gap Scout group is fun, innovative and transforming our group structure for everyone – it means we need you and want to include everyone.

This community has many different roles which are all essential for us to run the active program we run.
