Note: There is no in-game practical for this course. It is expected that most Arma 3 players know how to play the game at this point in the lifecycle of the game. If you however require practical training then please reach out to staff and ask!
Primary Leadership Qualification (PLQ)
Description: Learn how to effectively lead and discipline small teams of soldiers.
Requirements: RQ2 or equivalent

Instructions: Read course material then inform staff when completed. You will then attend a brief in-game course in due time to practice what you've learned.

Armoured Soldier
Rank Qualification Trooper (RQ Tpr)
Description: Learn the entry level positions for an armoured soldier: driver and operator. Understand how to work in a small crew, conduct first-line repair on the vehicle, conduct small recce tasks, construct and work within a hide or harbour and vehicle recognition.

Description: Learn how to command an armoured vehicle and its crew.
Requirements: RQ Tpr + PLQ

Description: Learn how to command a large group of armoured vehicles. Learn how to support and mentor a junior officer as the senior NCO in a troop. Understand the support echelon system and learn how to perform as a Harbourmaster.
