Event titles are really nice because it usually requires nothing of the player except participation. Now there are some events that have a title added into a package of some kind and those are usually very low cost in the grand scheme of things.

These titles are only found by hitting the VIP ranks from 1 to 15 and you can expect these to get very pricey but if you are willing to put in the effort to invest, you will receive them at no extra cost once you hit each new level.
