Equipment CP is much different than other forms of combat power. This ranking system is solely focused on your gear and how many upgrades, evolutions, sets or improvements you have made to your core gear and focusses on nothing else. This is a great thing to look at occasionally to see where you might be able to improve against your servers players

This ranking system is looking at your collective combat power and takes its measurements from everything applied to your character at any given time. For example all your gear, mounts, skills, properties, sacraments, cast iron upgrades, pets and eagles and much more. You will see a lot of big spenders taking these top spots due to being able to acquire more and more items to boost their overall cp.

This system is very self explanatory, it is all based on your level progress and how much experience you have gained above others. 

Guilds can be tricky in the sense yes it is looking at everyones' overall combat power but if you have a lot of inactive players then that number is just over exagerated. This ranking system doesn't do to much for us as it just shows where all of your higher tiered players are grouped up. It could be a nice gauge of where you would like to consider joining if you are looking to get into a guild though which is nice to be able to see at a glance.
