With your stats you want to first prioritize getting 500 points into STR and 296 into ENE to be able to ensure you can wear all of your gear sets for the rest of the game and then you will want to make sure you have at least 1056 into ENE to be able to equip all of your core skills and then after acquiring you 4th set you will want to reallocate points to get your last AGI skill which would be at 803 points

No matter the build you are using it would be good to through and pick up all the skills so you can take advantage of all this class has to offer. 

When it comes to sets and this class you really do what you want depending on your investment. If you are not running cores then you will want to try and use a combination of the Vicious family on your gear and Charon or Qiraji on your accessories

You will want to prioritize anything that benefits your skills you are using or your properties. That being said try to avoid the ones that boost the elemental that follows you around.
