It is important to know that these stats are just a reflection of everything you have done this far but doesn't always mean you will be able to feel the power of these stats when you go into PvP engagements with other players.

This is because of the formulas in place to help keep things balanced. A deductive factor if you want to think of it that way. If your stat is higher than their defensive stat by X amount then you do X amount of that numbers damage.

Example: If I have 108% Increased PvP damage and the opponent has 58% Decreased PvP damage then I would only do 50% additional PvP damage to that player.

This will apply to all the stats you acquire in the game and they will all function a little different depending on your progression throughout the game.
