These will be unlocked as you progress through your Arena season. Each new Arena season brings with it a new ring with new benefits so be sure to participate each month!

There are a few ways you can upgrade these rings. Just by playing and progressing through your Arena season will reward you with the upgrade scrolls you need. You can also purchase a set amount of these each season from the Arena shop. The last path is by biding on some of the Hekaton Markings in the World Auction after a set time each Arena day. 

As I was saying before these rings come with their own unique benefits which can be upgraded and expanded upon. A lot of these rings will work hand in hand with your build for your class and can be utilized to amplify certain aspects of your game progression
