Subject: Community Engagement, Solidarity, and Citizenship (CESC)
Community Engagement, Solidarity, and Citizenship (CESC) is a subject that empowers students to become active, responsible, and compassionate members of society. It focuses on understanding social issues, promoting civic responsibility, and encouraging meaningful participation in community development. Through discussions, field activities, and service-learning projects, students learn the value of unity, cooperation, and shared responsibility in addressing the needs of the community. CESC helps develop leadership skills, social awareness, and a strong sense of patriotism, guiding learners to become proactive citizens who contribute positively to society.
Under the guidance of our dedicated adviser, Antonio T. Perwello II, this subject becomes more than just a requirement—it becomes a transformative experience. With his mentorship, students are encouraged to think critically, act ethically, and engage wholeheartedly in initiatives that promote solidarity and social change. Through his leadership, we are inspired to embody the true essence of community engagement and responsible citizenship.
Antonio T. Perwelo is the Grade 12–Courage adviser who guides the class in maintaining discipline, organizing classroom activities, and creating a positive learning environment. He supports his students not only in their academic journey but also in their personal growth, always encouraging them to do their best and face every challenge with confidence and courage.
