Changes to TFU Handbook - SEPTEMBER 2025 - RTFO and Policy Updates
As the line manager of Operations Services, Damon Creed's position is to ensure that our line is running optimally and effectively within all policies. All policy edits and additions are run through Mjr. Creed before being set in stone. Whilst TFU Command will likely be the ones to respond to helpdesk tickets, Mjr. Creed may also handle TFU Related queries through the helpdesk as well.
Captain Jacob Matthews is currently the Commanding Officer the whole division of the Tactical Firearms Unit. His roles are to oversee the whole division as well as bringing up new ideas to further improve the division. In addition to this, Captain Jacob Matthews is responsible for maintaining the application process of TFU, as well as all its documents. Reinstatements and Resignations are also handled by The Head of TFU. Despite his role primarily being behind the scenes work, Captain Jacob Matthews can often be found on Duty performing Tactical Firearms Duties and is open to answer any questions you may have about TFU.
Lieutenant Bamidele Faraji-Chiumbo is responsible for overseeing the quality in regards to all TFOs of any level of certification. Their primary duties are dealing with complaints against TFOs, investigating them and making the final decision. Their secondary duties are ensuring that RTFOs have the chance to learn and helping them develop into fully fledged TFOs.
Staff Sergeant Sasha Black is primarily responsible for Managing the supervised patrol scheme and reviewing TFO Underperformance. As the assistant to the head of QA, they also assist in handling dismissals and issuing infractions within the unit. They can also be found on duty overseeing TFOs, that they are performing their duties to an acceptable standard.
Staff Sergeant Roxanne Cole is responsible for ensuring all Tactical Firearms Trainers are giving a fair, well-run experience to all Applicants partaking in their practical assessment. They are also responsible for overseeing the management of how well Tactical Firearms Trainers act and perform in these regards.
