Reporting these incidents creates awareness which helps us to continue to advocate for public access to all of Tennessee's rivers and streams.
It is a violation of federal law if the right to access these waterways are infringed upon. If these rights are ever challenged in formal legal proceedings it will be important to have docuemented frequent use of the river or stream in question.
