The TSPAC Conflict Map documents public-submitted reports of confrontation, illegal signage, misinformation, or law-enforcement misunderstanding on Tennessee rivers that are protected under federal navigability law.

Each pin represents a location where a member of the public experienced a barrier or conflict while using a waterway that is legally public under Section 10 of the Rivers & Harbors Act.
