Tennessee Stream (TSPAC) is dedicated to protecting and restoring the public’s legal right to access and navigate Tennessee’s rivers and streams. By documenting federal navigability determinations, educating the public and law enforcement, challenging unlawful restrictions, and promoting responsible stewardship, we work to ensure that all Tennesseans can safely enjoy the waterways that belong to us all—today and for generations to come.
