One of the risks we face is that we don’t know what our project is, so we have to decide faster on a subject or we might be losing a lot of time. Another risk we face is that many of use don’t have experience in designing clothes so we are learning that. Also one might fall sick so it is important that we know from each other what we are doing so another member can pick up the work.
Miro is the virtual environment that enables remote working, by providing tools. This tool allows for communicating and collaborating online. An example of a tool it provides is sticky nodes. We will be using this to document part of our project.
Trello is a tool that helps teams to work faster. This planning tool makes use of tasks. The way we structured our tasks is with a backlog, ToDo, and the days of the project. In the backlog we create tasks we want to do, but are not in scope or possible right now. The ToDo’s are the tasks we can choose from and we fill days with the ToDo’s. The days also contain the predefined planning we got. Working like this creates a structured environment.
