Open Microsoft Word.
Click File in the top left corner.
Select New.
Click Blank Document.
Highlight your citation.
Right click selected text.
Select Paragraph from the dropdown menu.
Under Indentation, choose Hanging.
Page breaks are used for normal page separation, while section breaks are used for pages that need a different header and page numbering style than the rest of the document. Here's how to do both:
Page Break
Press Enter to go to the line under your text.
Open the Layout tab.
Click Breaks.
Select Page from the dropdown menu.
Section Break
Press Enter to go to the line under your text.
Open the Layout tab.
Click Breaks.
Select Next Page from the dropdown menu.

Double-click the top margin to edit the header.
Open the Header and Footer Tools: Design tab.
Click Page Number > Current Position > Plain Number.
Click Page Number > Format Page Numbers.
Change Number format to Roman numerals.
Click OK.

Insert your image.
Select the image if it is not already selected.
Click the Layout Options icon to the right of the photo.
Under With Text Wrapping, choose the option you want.
Open the Hide/show tool.
Double click the header.
Make sure that the number is not manually written.
Open the page number drop down menu and select format page numbers.
Ensure start at is set to the number you want.
