Student Resources

Technical communication students have access to our software orientation video series, usability lab, and collaborative hallway tables. Students taking classes in AUDB 306, 308, 312, and 313 can also reserve a Tech Lab laptop to use in the collaborative classrooms.

Lab Assistants are trained to provide troubleshooting support for a range of software, including the MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia Studio, and MadCapFlare.

Software is available to use with virtual desktop streaming.

We provide software skill guides based on frequently asked questions in the lab. If you cannot find a solution using one of the guides, please stop by AUDB 307 and ask a lab assistant.
