- Ancient Rome -

Universal Studios Florida has gone through an overhaul in recent times. From the classics to the monsters, Universal Creative has sought to rebrand the park as an environment with rich storytelling possibilities and unique offerings only available at USF. For the 100th Anniversary centennial celebration, Universal is tackling something original that will tie both Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida together: a brand new land, Ancient Rome.

Traveling back to the time of Gladiators, aqueducts, and other marvels from this bygone era, the land is situated on the plot originally occupied by Amity and the Jaws attraction. The functionality of the land will bring about a newfound organic IP approach, something uncommon at Universal parks. The team at Universal Creative has concocted an original story to be told throughout the land (and later, all Universal parks) that will invite guests to become part of the story themselves. From a soaring coaster to fine dining establishments, to elegant shops and walkways; Ancient Rome will be artistically exquisite, technologically advanced, and accessible to all in the family.
