Our Winning Strategy

Once we were picked to be a part of one of the final eight alliances, we decided to put all our energy into playing defense while the other two Canadian teams on our alliance played offense. We blocked the opponents' shots with our impromptu state-of-the-art, multi-color duct tape wall!

First-time Qualifiers

For the first time in Team 4121's six year history, we finally qualified for Worlds in 2016. After raising a whopping $10,000 on our GoFundMe in three weeks, we made our way to St. Louis, MI for the FIRST World Championship.

Ohio mentor of the year award

After Worlds, we headed to the Ohio State Champs and left as finalists. Go Vikings!

Mr. Todd Alkire, our awesome coach, won the Ohio Mentor of the Year Award!
