2025 Event tickets

Before buying your ticket:

• Make sure you Make sure that you review all of the information under Details. Pay special attention to Site Logistics, Arrival and Setup, and Expectations before buying your tickets. Please also view our Values page.  We want to make sure camp is right for you!

• Review and complete waiver.  If you are buying a ticket for a friend, share this link with them too!

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred for a $15 fee. The seller should email teamwillco.2004@gmail.com and copy the buyer.  The buyer can pay via PayPal or cash on-site.

Camp ticket includes:

• access to site between 4pm on Thursday July 31st and 4pm on Sunday August 3rd. This year we are not selling 2 day passes. All tickets are for the entire camp. We are trying to balance flexibility, accessibility and bureaucracy.

• participation in workshops & related activities

• morning coffee and tea bar (rustic)

Camp ticket does NOT include:

• meals (see add-ons)

• camp shirt (see add-ons)

Prices are as follows:

Regular rate, available until Sunday, July 13th, or until all tickets are sold out

• US $115

"I goofed and waited too long" (late) rate , available from Monday July 14th until Sunday July 27th at midnight

• US$175

If you show up on site without a ticket.... 

• US$200 CASH or $CND270 CASH bring correct change - we do not have change on site

Food - MEAL plan cancelled this year

Unfortunately, we did not sell enough meal plans this year for it to be feasible. Everyone who purchased a meal plan has been refunded.
