At Team W.E. , we recognize the vital role that early childhood development plays in building strong social-emotional skills and academic foundations. Backed by extensive research emphasizing the lifelong impact of social emotional development in the early years, we are committed to collaboratively working with the entire community, with a specific focus on early childhood and elementary education.

 Our goal is to utilize this research to improve learning behaviors within BIPOC communities and harness positive attitudes towards education. By creating inclusive and empowering learning environments, we strive to equip students of color with the necessary tools to achieve their academic and personal goals. 

As a part of our mission, we provide wellness-centered learning opportunities such as family engagement events, community workshops, and children's learning programs to help students and stakeholders learn practices that empower students of color with the skills they need to succeed as whole person as well as a scholar.
