Teaching listening
When teaching listening online with Zoom, you need to prepare your mp3 file or video. Here are some tips
1) Set up the pre-listening task (just as you would for a face to face class)
2) Clarify instructions
3) Make sure the students can hear the sound on their end (don't forget to tick 'share computer sound' on the zoom platform)
4) Give them time to write down their answers on their worksheets (which you emailed to them before the class)
5) Type short, clear instructions on your presentation slide
