Resum

The bacterium responsible for acne is Cutibacterium acnes. The following investigation studies the impact of the alteration of this bacterium in my skin. Therefore, a significant part of this research project is focused on the comparison and contrast of the different opinions of three experts on different fields. The group is formed by Dr. Albert Xifra (the dermatologist), Lisardo Zunzunegui (the gynecologist) and Begoña de Erraiz Comas (the professor on integral aesthetics). The disproportion of this bacteria in my skin was rebalanced with a treatment originated by the dermatologist. It was based on gels and moisturisers. For a better understanding, I built up a model of the pilosebaceous unit in order to represent the functioning of this treatment in my skin. This process is recorded and linked in my project.

Ens trobem davant d’una investigació sobre un trastorn dermatològic. En aquest cas, la qüestió en dubte es basa en el bacteri Cutibacterium acnes, responsable de l’acne. Aquesta investigació majoritàriament es basa en els coneixements de tres especialistes en àmbits diferents, però amb un fil conductor que els lliga. La contrastació dels seus mètodes, coneixements i divulgacions sobre els mateixos conceptes fonamenten la base del treball. El grup d’experts està format pel Dr. Albert Xifra (dermatòleg), el Dr. Lisardo Zunzunegui (ginecòleg) i per últim Begoña de Erraiz Comas (professora d’estètica integral). La clau del treball ha estat el tractament elaborat pel nostre dermatòleg. Gràcies al tractament format per cremes i gels, hem aconseguit recuperar l’estat original del fol·licle pilós i equilibrar els nivells del bacteri causant de l’acne. Per a un millor aprenentatge, he representat el fol·licle pilós en una maqueta i s’hi ha enregistrat el funcionament del tractament a l’interior de la meva pell.
