I have decided to do my research project on leisure education, as I think it is very important for children’s education and is not taken into account as much as it should. My motivation for choosing this subject has been the fact that I have been working in a summer camp and I have been a member of a leisure club for a long time.

My research project is divided into two sections. First, all the information about what leisure education consists of can be found in the theoretical framework.

The other section is the practical part which can be divided into four subsections. The first one consists of all the interviews I have conducted with different people in this field; then we find the practical experience in a summer camp and a leisure club. Next, we find the two surveys, one at a general level and the other for boys and girls of the Institut Baix Empordà. Finally, there is a video I made showing different leisure activities and some interviewees talking.

He decidit fer el meu treball de recerca sobre educació en el lleure, ja que crec que és un aspecte molt important per a l’educació dels infants al qual no es dona prou importància. La meva motivació per triar aquest tema prové del fet que soc membre de l’esplai del meu poble, i volia comprovar si la feina que fem dia a dia afecta d’alguna manera els infants.

El meu treball de recerca està dividit en dos apartats. Per un costat, trobem el marc teòric, on es pot trobar tota la informació sobre l'educació en el lleure i en què consisteix.

Per l’altre, trobem la part pràctica, que es divideix en quatre subapartats. D’entrada, podem veure totes les entrevistes que he realitzat a diferents persones sobre aquest àmbit. Tot seguit, s’explica el funcionament del casal i l’esplai del qual jo soc membre. A continuació, s’analitzen dues enquestes, una a nivell general i l'altra a nivell de l'Institut Baix Empordà. Finalment, acabem el treball amb un vídeo on surten activitats relacionades amb el lleure i alguns dels entrevistats.
