Since 1985, the IFTSA College Bowl Competition has challenged student teams nationwide with questions on food science, food law, processing, and IFT trivia. It’s a fun, fast-paced way to deepen your understanding while engaging in friendly competition with students of other universities! 

In 2023, the product development team Beetles- comprised of Jahlia Davis, Jacob Mitchell, Corey Le, Maddie Shults, and Osasere Igbinoba- traveled to IFT FIRST to present their product, Critter Crackers, as part of the Smart Snacks for Kids Product Development Competition.
