Decorator Crab (2007–ongoing)
Since 2007, Decorator Crab has evolved as a long-term project that transforms ordinary spaces through elusive and unexpected interventions. Inspired by a marine creature that camouflages itself with fragments of its surroundings, the works often remain hidden, revealing themselves only through chance encounters.
Appearing as traces—drawings, sculptures, videos, and installations—the project resists fixed interpretation and complete understanding. By staging presences that are at once fragile and uncanny, Decorator Crab emphasizes contingency, unpredictability, and the impossibility of fully sharing experience.
These projects have unfolded across galleries, museums, city streets, and landscapes, inviting audiences to discover new ways of perceiving space and relation.
