"Humankind.... Be Both."
-- bumper sticker
Real intimacy is about truth (not sex). When you can live as your true self, and someone says, "I am here to support you unconditionally, you are safe with me." That is real intimacy.

My Holy Trinity is:
• Intent, Respect, and Consent.
Embedded in that are:
• A penchant for boundaries.
• No means no. "No" is a complete sentence and does not require an explanation.

• No pressure, no promises.
• Kindness & Authenticity are highly valued.
To Give, and Receive, Freely... Without Conditions or Hesitation...
Where will that lead you?

"Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former."

A Zen master visiting New Orleans goes up to a Lucky Dog* vendor and says, "Make me one with everything."
The Lucky Dog vendor fixes a hot dog and hands it to the Zen master, who pays with a $20 bill.
The vendor puts the bill in the cash box, closes it, and simply stands there. "Excuse me," says the Zen master, "but where’s my change?"
The vendor calmly responds, "Change must come from within."

Never forget that you are unique, like everyone else.
A Zen master once said to me, "Do the opposite of whatever I tell you."
So I didn't.
Wherever you go, there you are.
Your luggage is another story.
Be here now.
Be someplace else later.
Is that so complicated?
To be is to do - Socrates
To do is to be - Aristotle
Do-be do-be do - Sinatra
Be patient and achieve all things.
Be impatient and achieve all things faster.
Thanks for stopping by.
