Ongoing programs are designed for you to complete when you are ready and you can repeat programs. You can sign-up for these programs at any point during the school year.

How many incentive points do I earn upon completion? Each course varies in length if the course takes you less than 3 weeks: 3 PAWS poitns. Longer than 3 weeks= 5 points
This program was designed by Capital One in partnership with Khan Academy. You do not have to have to participate in Capital One banking, credit card, etc. to participate in this program

How many incentive points do I earn upon completion? Some folks may only take interest in certain units of this. For each unit completed, earn 2 points.
Program Type: Meal prepping and planning is like an insurance policy for you family, it insures everyone is eating well. This program is about taking action to stock up and plan meals and/or snacks for three weeks.
Program Format: Self-directed
Program Length: The program is set to be three weeks long. Feel free to complete as many times as you would like.

What is self-care? Self-care refers to the rituals and intentional activities one participates in to benefit your overall well-being. Forty-six percent of school personnel report high daily stress. High stress compromised personal health and work performance. The program assists you in developing an individualized self-care plan. You can type, draw, right, use pictures, use an app on your phone, etc. The key is to use what works for you. For the next 30 days your task will be to complete one task for your self-care plan. If you are limited on time select a shorter program and if you have more time select an item that takes longer. If you would like an accountability partner feel free!

Do you want to add or increase physical activity in your life? When we take care of our needs we are better able to be present for others (our families, students, etc.). This program will assist you in identifying a physical activity goal, recognize barriers and develop a plan.

Do you want to drink more water? Water serves a number of essential functions to keep us going. Hydration Station takes you through steps to assess how much water you currently drink and how to improve.
