For Pack Tactics, I managed a team of three, utilizing GitHub project boards to keep track of and assign tasks, as well as GitHub Wiki pages to document information.
On the project I also worked as the game programmer and the project's storyline writer. For writing I used Twine as a resource to track branching narrative paths and test dialogue progression.
For Pack Tactics, I created the first project board to track tasks and progress based on role.
These task assignments contained further information on what needed to be achieved to complete the tasks. As progress was made, each task was updated with screenshots, videos, and/or documents to track development.
As the programmer of the team, I was also responsible for the implementation. Weekly, project updates would be shared with the team, depicting project progress, as well as a list of tasks for the following week to be prepared for the next weekly update.
The project's version release schedule, which includes new features, is scheduled every month. The current version includes the first demo release and the UI/Settings/SFX updates.

The second project board serves as the priority tracker, whereas the first one was used to track tasks by section. The priority board is used to track task completion requirements based on how essential it is to complete it.
High priority items are tasks that need to be completed as soon as possible; lower priority tasks were instead intended for features the team would like to implement, but were not a major requirement for gameplay.
