SWAMP’s drop-in Digital Inclusion Hub is open to everyone in Pollok, offering free advice and support with phones, tablets and access to PCs and MACs, along with further help with ongoing issues in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
These drop-ins run from 10am-3pm every Friday unless specified.
Tech-Knowledge - Digital Skills

Introduction to word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations

Each session is hands-on, paced for beginners, and led by patient, friendly tutors.
One-to-One Digital Mentoring
For those who prefer personalised support, SWAMP offers one-to-one mentoring clinics to:
Build or update your CV using digital templates
Navigate job-search websites and set up alerts
Mentors tailor each session to individual goals, ensuring confidence grows with each step.
Learn to use video-calling tools (Zoom, Teams) for remote interviews or keeping in touch
Community Outreach and Impact
SWAMP partners with local schools, community groups, and job-support agencies to reach those most at risk of digital exclusion. Outreach includes pop-up digital help desks at community events and referrals for targeted support. By blending practical IT skills with creative digital media, SWAMP helps residents gain confidence, improve employability, and participate fully in online life.
