We are currently recruiting for our 8-week Social Care Employability and Personal Development Programme. Registrations are open just now and starting on the 28th of April 2026. 

They will gain Emergency 1st Aid, Elementary Food Hygiene and Moving and Assist in Individuals accreditations. As well as vol

The trainees will get volunteering opportunities. They will get employability ready by learning how to do CV's and cover letters and they will undertake a mock interview with feedback given. As part of their course, they will participate in a Community Project to build their personal development and confidence.

The course is 3 days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10am - 2pm for learning and a ½ day for volunteering. Travel expenses will be provided. They must be 16 and over and have a Glasgow City Council Postcode and right to work in the UK. A £55 Training Allowance will be offered to those eligible.
