Facilities Manager - Keith
Keeps our Creative Media Centre running like clockwork. From maintenance schedules to health and safety checks, they ensure every room, studio and communal space is safe, welcoming and ready for action, a true linchpin of the hub.
Pantry Manager - Tracy
Leads Pollok Pantry’s mission to reduce food poverty with compassion and efficiency. Curating affordable staples, train volunteers in customer service and inventory, and foster a warm atmosphere where dignity and choice come first.
Café Manager - Amanda
Transforms our on-site café into a vibrant community hub. They design seasonal menus, oversee volunteers working in the café and craft inviting events that blend good food with great conversation.
Employability Workers - Heather, Lisa & Rosie
Champion each person’s journey no matter their age , from classroom to confident candidate. They deliver tailored workshops on CV writing, interview skills and work placements, linking creativity with real job opportunities across Glasgow.
Digital Inclusion Officer - Shaw
Bridges the digital divide one device at a time. Running drop-in clinics, group tutorials and one-on-one sessions—covering basics like email and online safety through to simple web design. Curating the support to work for you, always happy to help with any digital problem big or small.
Volunteer Coordinator - Shelagh
Our Volunteering Coordinator is the friendly face connecting passionate people with meaningful opportunities at SWAMP, making sure every volunteer feels valued, empowered, and ready to make a difference. With a deep understanding of what makes Pollok tick, bringing warmth, organisation, and a genuine care for people to everything they do. From first-time volunteers to seasoned contributors, our coordinator is here to guide, support, and celebrate every step of the journey.
Administrative Officer - Robina
Our Administrative Officer is the financial drive powering our creative mission. Balancing the books, process invoices, collecting and analysing funding data, and keep budgets on track—all with a friendly, can-do spirit. Meticulous record-keeping and number-crunching magic ensure our workers and community partners can focus on inspiration, knowing their finances are in expert hands.
Development Manager - Andy
Secures the resources SWAMP needs to grow. Researching funding prospects, build strategic partnerships, and craft compelling grant proposals that power everything we do at SWAMP.
Transitional Manager - Jim
The glue that holds every project together. They coordinate schedules, streamline processes and troubleshoot logistics—making sure that programmes launch on time, budgets balance and everyone stays connected.
Digital Marketing Assistant - Katrina
Katrina is the social media powerhouse who is creating content and managing social media to showcase the people and projects that shape the space.
