Noell

Noell is a notably short character compared to other Art OCs. She has bob cut (but left heavy) dark brown hair and yellow eyes. Her eyes are the most expressive among all art OCs, thanks to her crazy personality and expressive emotions. The earliest version of Noell has white skin, however her latest versions have fair skin colour.

Noell's outfit is very similar to those of Spook, though has some opposites and inverts. Her clothes' light-dark color pattern is inverted from those of Spook's, such as her white cap with dark-gray bill and light blue jacket with a black shirt underneath (exceptions are her pants, which remain dark grey and her shoes which are black.) Her pants are short above the knee (sometimes swapped with denim shorts) and she wears white knee-length socks. Her black undershirt has a circle star pattern, probably to emphasize her American nationality.

Noell is so far the only OC who is yet to receive actual combat outfit, and possibly may not be a soldier (though she is not designed to be combat incapable). Her alternate outfit however, is her laboratory outfit, giving her the image of a scientist as she works in her laboratory. She wears a white lab coat, and sometimes omits her cap to make room for her goggles. She may also tie her hair when working.

• Noell was firstly designed as Spook's direct opposite (and invert) in many ways. She has the opposite gender, height description (tall-short), personality (gloomy-cheerful) and even inverted clothing light-dark pattern.

• Coming from the first idea of making Spook's genderbend, she is the first other Art OC to be designed.

• Until 2022, Noell does not have an actual theme character as she was designed to represent Suyukaz's opposite personality. However in 2022 this concept was given an exception, with Noell representing Suyukaz's interest in science and technology.
