Registration:
The registration fee is 650€. The fee includes lunch all five days, three two-course conference dinners (see the schedule here), as well as refreshments during coffee breaks. All meals will be served at the conference venue, Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden. All participants are expected to follow the code of conduct (found here).

Once you successfully registered yourself, the organisers will get back to you to confirm the participation. At that point you will also receive a link to pay the registration fee. Please note that most confirmations will be sent out only after abstract selection is complete to ensure that all presenters get a place at the conference.
Note: We encourage early registration. In case that the conference gets oversubscribed, registration date will be an important factor in allocating slots.
Abstract & e-poster submission:
We welcome submissions of contributed talks as well as e-posters. The e-posters will be accompanied by short lightning talks.

Financial Support for young researchers:
Some limited funds are available to support junior researchers to attend the conference. This concerns early career PhD students and postdocs who have been selected to give talks (either contributed or lightning), but do not have grants to cover the costs.
To apply for this support, please send an email to supernova100y@gmail.com with subject line “Application for financial support”. The application should include a brief motivation for the the level of funding requested. A short letter from the supervisor certifying that financial support is required for you to attend the conference should also be enclosed.
It is possible to apply for funding to cover all or part of the conference fee and the cost of accommodation. We cannot, however, reimburse travel costs.
The deadline to apply for financial support is April 30th (closed). Results will be announced shortly thereafter.
Important - Make sure to still register for the conference by the 22nd April (no payment is needed at this stage).
