Q: I want to book one of the social activities for Wednesday's afternoon. Where can I find the booking system?
A: The link to the booking system has been sent as an email to all participants. If you can't find it in your inbox try the spam folder.
Q: In the booking system for the social activities I cannot find a field to fill in my personal details. How will I receive a confirmation?
A: The link you received to access the booking system is personal and linked to your initial registration. You should receive a confirmation to the email you used when you signed up for the conference.
Q: I want to book a social activity for myself and my traveling companions. Is this possible through your booking system?
A: Yes, one is able to book multiple activity tickets through the same form.
Q: I'm interested in booking on of the social activities taking place in the city centre. How will we get there?
A: We will use the public transportation to get from the venue to the city centre. You can find more information on the connection between the city and the venue here. The conference's volunteers can provide more details during the conference.
Hotel booking:
Q: I contacted the hotel about my booking, but they couldn’t find a reservation under my name. What should I do?
A: No worries—if you requested a hotel room and completed the payment through our registration system, your booking has been recorded. However, the hotel will not receive the official list of guest names until around midsummer (approximately June 20th). If you contact the hotel before then, they may not yet have your name in their system.
If you need to get in touch with the hotel (e.g. to extend your stay), we recommend reaching out again a week after June 20th, when the guest list has been forwarded.

Q: How can I book a hotel room or make changes to my booking (e.g. sharing a room)?
A: If you requested a hotel room during registration, your booking is already noted in our system.
If you would like to make changes to your booking—such as sharing a room with another participant—please contact us at supernova100y@gmail.com by June 6th, 2025 at the latest. After this date, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
For requests related to extending your stay or special arrangements directly with the hotel, please wait until after June 20th, when the hotel will receive the official guest list.
Q: I want to share a room with a colleague. How will that affect the price of the room?
A: If you wish to share a room with someone, then the price of the room will be increased by 300 SEK (~27€) per night.
Cancellation:
Q: What is the cancellation policy of the conference? Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?
A: Please note that we do not have a cancellation policy for the registration fee, and all registration payments are final and non-refundable. The payment deadline is May 8th, 2025.
If no payment is received by the deadline, the registration will be considered withdrawn, and your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.
