Mission Statement

Work hard and have fun while competitively participating in dragon boat races throughout the Pacific Northwest. We strive to engage and empower members through community service events and leadership opportunities within the team. Our foundation is built around the feelings of family and camaraderie.

Team Values

In building a successful and competitive team, everyone that tries out and ultimately joins the team is expected to demonstrate the values below. Due to the large size of the team and ever-changing personnel schedules, logistics, and dynamics, these values ground and hold our team together.

We will work together at all times, there are no superstars, no one person is above the team.

We respect, trust, and care for each other. Teammates, friends, and family, are one in the same.

We win and lose as one team. Everyone contributes to the team. No deadweight.

We welcome all challengers with respect, but without fear.

We show no mercy during competition. We show kindness and sportsmanship outside of competition.

We put forth the effort to be high character individuals to properly represent ourselves and the team within our communities.
