Below are some samples of how the day is structured.
Monday-Thursday, the day begins at 9:00 with drop off in the Worship Center. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. - plan to be early to avoid the rush! The day ends in the same place with pickup beginning at 3:30 p.m. On Friday, drop off will be the same as usual but the day ends with Friday pickup beginning at 1:30 p.m. If you need to pick up your child early, the latest time to do so is 2:45 p.m. Monday-Wednesday, 2:15 p.m. on Thursday and 12:45 p.m. on Friday. Be sure to arrive at the registration table 15 minutes prior to give us time to locate and send someone to get your child out of the activity they are in.
*All completed 2nd/3rd Graders (unless they have auditioned for & received a special part) will have 2 “choice” classes, 1 rehearsal class, and 1 games class. All completed 4th/5th graders (unless they have auditioned for & received a special part) will have 3 “choice” classes plus a rehearsal class.
Monday-Thursday Schedule
Each day begins with everyone in the Worship Center together singing songs from the Mini Musical in preparation for Family Night. Participants break out into groups to practice cheers with their team and then are dismissed and escorted to their assigned 1st hour class followed by their 2nd hour class.
Teams then split and half go to lunch while the others have Team Time. Then the groups switch places and those who went to lunch first will go to Team Time while those who had Team Time first will go to lunch.
Next, participants are escorted to their assigned 3rd hour class followed by their 4th hour class and then back to the Worship Center for more singing & practicing.
Friday Schedule
Friday is our day for competition, games, pizza and awards.
The day starts with the team cheer competition in the Worship Center. Next, the teams participate in games to win points towards the final awards. Mixed in with the games is time for the participants to enjoy some time just playing on the various inflatables.
After the games rotation is complete, everyone comes together in the Gatheria for a pizza lunch followed by the presentation of awards in the Worship Center.
Friday is a shorter day with pick up beginning at 1:30 so please make sure you mark your calendar and don't be late! :-)
