Action Network

What it is

Action Network (AN) is a digital organizing tool that we have access to from National DSA.

What we use it for

• Sending out emails from the chapter or specific Committees/Working Groups of SCDSA to SCDSA members and our general email list (hopeful members!)

• Making event RSVP pages (preferred over social media, ie Facebook, event pages)

• Uploading lists - Membership lists, voting members, folks who signed up to our email list at an action, etc. - Usually a member of Steering or MAO will upload membership, attendance, and event lists.

Managing/Administering

You must be invited as an admin to perform any administrative actions.

If you need admin access (to send emails or set up events), contact the chapter Secretary or anyone in the Communications Committee for 1-on-1 training.
