A bad day is caused by a lack of humour. Every year on April 14th, we celebrate International Laughter Day. In 1997, Izzy Gesell, a psychotherapist and comedian, urged people everywhere to host amusing events and encourage laughter. He claimed that a smile sends positive energy throughout the body.
Anyone can distinguish between a happy and a sad person. The animated and red features of someone who is laughing enthusiastically are easy to detect. A depressed person, on the other hand, has negative attitudes toward both physical and mental health. True, laughter can help a depressed person change their many negative thoughts and allow them to see the true colours of life.
A person's life may experience ups and downs for a variety of reasons. A person with a strong heart and mind, on the other hand, can deal with any situation in life with ease. A weak person, on the other hand, is more likely to encounter them and develop negative attitudes that cause tension and concern. Stress is harmful to a person's internal health as well as their social life.
Numerous studies have been conducted to date on the effect of laughter on life. All of these studies came to the same conclusion: laughing and smiling improve your overall well-being. A worried person has trouble falling asleep, whereas a satisfied person sleeps soundly all night. Laughter relieves many internal ailments that go untreated because it increases blood flow.
Many people today believe that achieving larger goals will make them happier because status consciousness is at an all-time high. Happiness, in reality, can be found at any time. It does, however, necessitate a friendly demeanour and a flexible mindset capable of making any situation enjoyable.
